The One Point Service provides support, advice and a range of activities in venues across County Durham for children, young people, parents, carers and families. Services in One point are available from pre-birth right through to when a young person reaches 19 years old (25 if the child has a disability) to make sure everyone has the opportunity to reach their potential. MindEd is a great new resource for families - the MindEd for Families project was funded by the DFE and provides expert information for families with concerns about their children’s mental health . The resources have been developed as a partnership between parents and mental health experts. The aim of MindEd is to provide simple, clear guidance on children and young people's mental health, wellbeing and development to any adult working with children, young people and families to support the development of young healthy minds. |
